I just want to say thank you again. You seriously saved the day! I'm a sports photographer that takes over 10,000 pictures a year and when something crazy happened to my Transcend memory card in the middle of a photo shoot, I about had a heart attack. Only having to reshoot 3 images as opposed to 200+ is a life saver! I will pass your company info along to all of my photographer friends just in case they ever get into the same situation. Needless to say I will never use Transcend SDs again. I've been using SanDisk forever (without any problems over the last 9 years) and got the Transcends as a "freebie" with my last camera purchase - I guess that's why it was free...

My hard drive was almost 2tb full of files, and got knocked on to the floor by my cat.
